Mildred Fletcher has worked in the legal field her entire adult life. She graduated from Bristol University summa cum laude with a Paralegal degree, and she maintained a 3.9 GPA in her studies at ETSU and Northeast State.

She has many years of experience working for local court reporters. She also worked for many years in medical transcription on a contract basis.

Mark Fletcher is a Software Engineer with 20 years experience. He develops software for the Department of Defense and possesses a BA in English and Computer Science. In his spare time, Mark produces feature films, the latest of which was an official selection at 16 international film festivals and won Best Film awards at three. At Fletcher Reporting, Mark is in charge of computer systems, software, web design, and video editing.

Anna Fletcher has a BA in English and over 20 years of experience as a medical language specialist, with 12 years in an acute care hospital setting and 9 years as a medical editor for a national medical transcription company. Anna is in charge of editing all depositions involving medical terminology.
